Order Processing Due to high demand, please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed and packed at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Timelines We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

• Standard Shipping: 10 – 40  business days (depending on your location, and since this items looks like guns it’s very sensitive products for customs).

Please note: During peak seasons (Holidays, Black Friday) or due to customs clearance, delivery may take slightly longer. These are estimated timeframes.

Shipping Costs We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Incorrect Address Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will arrange a replacement. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you if your package is lost in transit.
