Do you provide tracking?

Yes - you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, contact us. We’ll investigate and either resend your order or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Will I pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

For customers in the European Union, VAT may be collected at checkout or covered upon import depending on the destination and shipping method. Additional customs/handling fees (if applied) remain the buyer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

If you simply change your mind, you cover the return shipping costs.

The fastest option is to return the item and place a new order.

Are these real weapons?

No - our keychains are miniature replicas designed for collectors and fans. They are non-functional and completely safe.

What materials are they made of?

We use high-quality metals, durable plastics, and resilient finishes to ensure detail, weight, and longevity.

Are they safe to carry everywhere?

They’re completely safe and non-functional, but some locations (especially airports or high-security areas) may still restrict replica items.

When flying, we recommend packing them in checked luggage. We can’t guarantee they’ll be allowed through security — carrying them is at your own discretion.

Do they make good gifts?

Yes! They’re popular among collectors, gamers, and military history fans.

The courier marked my order as “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office/courier depot. Sometimes parcels are scanned as delivered a few hours early.

If it’s still missing after 24–48 hours, contact us and we’ll help you open a carrier inquiry. Please note: once a parcel is confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, we can’t guarantee a refund for theft or misplacement after delivery.

The courier tried to deliver but I wasn’t home. Who is responsible?

If the courier can’t reach you, they may leave the parcel at a local pick-up point, attempt redelivery, or require you to schedule delivery. In these cases, it’s the customer’s responsibility to collect or reschedule the delivery within the carrier’s timeframe.

The delivery is delayed by my local postal service. Do you refund in this case?

Minor delays caused by local logistics or customs are outside of our control. We can offer a replacement or refund if your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days from the shipping date and there have been no successful delivery attempts.

My tracking hasn’t updated for several days. Is my order lost?

Tracking updates can pause at certain checkpoints (especially during customs processing or handoffs between carriers). This doesn’t necessarily mean your order is lost. Please allow the full delivery window before requesting a refund or replacement.

The product doesn’t look “exactly” as I imagined (size, weight, feel). Can I return it?

Yes — this falls under a “change of mind” return. Return shipping is covered by the customer. We only cover return costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

I entered the wrong address when placing my order. Can you fix it?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — we’ll update it before shipment.

After 24 hours, we’ll still do our best to help if the order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet. Once a package is processed/shipped, we can’t make changes, and we’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
